UAE Customers

Free returns and exchanges are offered for customers within the United Arab Emirates.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost.
International Customers

Returns are accepted; however, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees, delivery charges, Any duties, customs fees, or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- If your order included free shipping, and a return is requested, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
