Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original packaging

    • Free from installation marks, damage, or modification

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Installed or used wheel spacers cannot be returned or exchanged.


UAE Customers

  • Free returns and exchanges are offered for customers within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost.


International Customers

  • Returns are accepted; however, international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees, delivery charges, Any duties, customs fees, or taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

  • If your order included free shipping, and a return is requested, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–14 business days for processing after we receive and inspect the return.

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Photos (if applicable)

  3. We will respond with approval and next steps.


Important Notes

  • If the wrong product was ordered due to incorrect fitment specifications supplied by the customer, the return is allowed, but the conditions above still apply.

  • If we ship the incorrect item, we will arrange replacement and shipping at no cost to you.
